大蒜经机械破碎后,经水发制,用水蒸汽直接蒸馏,溜出液用精炼植物油萃取,经油水分离取出油相,精制后即得成品、该工艺投资省,见效快,出油率高,适合中小型食品加工企业采用。
The garlic oil is prepared by the following steps: garlic is crushed and immersed in water, steam distilled, obtained fraction is extracted with refined vegetable oil, and separation and purification. The process is suitable to medium-sized and small food processing enterprisses with small investment, high yield and economic benefits.
