摘要
采用微波辅助萃取、气相色谱柱分离、质谱检测器检测底泥中PCBs的含量。通过实验对微波辅助参数优化,研究表明优化后的微波辅助萃取法不仅能够取得与索氏萃取法相当的效果,而且它还具有溶剂用量少、提取时间短等优点,是提取底泥中PCBs较好的方法。
Microwave - assisted extraction (MAE) is an alternative method for the extraction of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from sediments. And it only uses a moderate volume of organic solvent and relatively short extraction time in compare to traditional methods such as Soxhlet. In this study, the parameters which may affect the efficiency of the method were optimized. The solvent types, the influence of extraction time and temperature were evaluated, respectively. The optimal conditions for further experiments were performed at 120℃, for 20 min and using 30 ml of Hexane : Acetone ( 1 : 1, v : v). The proposed method was also used for the extraction of PCBs from sediments of Songhua river. The results agreed well with those obtained by Soxhlet.
