摘要
介绍了由中国石化集团南京设计院编制的《大型硫磺制酸装置设计的关键技术和设备及其特点》,重点叙述了废热回收和利用及主要设备的选择与节能的关系等问题,认为应充分和有效地利用能源,合理地选择技术和设备,实现投资最小化和节能最大化的节能型硫磺制酸装置建设。
The work that the theme is The Key Technology,Equipment and Features of Design for Large-sized Sulfur-burning Sulfuric Acid Plant prepared by SINOPEC Nanjing Design Institute is outlined,and highlights the issues including waste heat recovery and its utilization,and the relationship between selection of main equipment and energy saving.It is concluded that the energy should be fully and effectively utilized,the technology and equipment should be properly selected,so as to build an energy effective sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant with the minimum investment and maximum energy saving.
