Pneumatic conveying systems are more and more widely applied in the conveying of carbon black with the development of the rubber industry and due to the unique advantages of pneumatic conveying.With the pneumatic conveying system for carbon black as the object for study,the determination of basic parameters for design of the system,determination of pneumatic conveying type,design of pressure conveying tank volume,design of conveying pipes is detailed,and it is verified through calculation of the pressure drop in the conveying system that the values of design parameters are reasonable.
