摘要 针对高温浓硫酸腐蚀性强,高硅奥氏体不锈钢价格随金属镍价格而上涨等因素,介绍了硫磺制酸干吸系统塔设备用材质的技术进展,阐述了高铬铁素体不锈钢的优点和超低碳高铬铁素体不锈钢对200℃、98%H2SO4浓硫酸优良的耐腐蚀性能,以及它们在干吸系统设备中的应用情况,认为高铬铁素体不锈钢在高温浓硫酸中的应用前景广阔。 In view of factors such as the strong corrosivity of high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid,and the price of high silicon austenitic stainless steel will increase with the price of metal nickel,this article outlines the technological development of material of construction of tower equipment of the drying and absorption systems for sulfur-burning sulfuric acid production,and highlights the advantages of high chromium ferritic stainless steel,the excellent corrosion resistance to 98%H2SO4 concentrated sulfuric acid at 200 ℃ by the ultra low carbon high chromium ferritic stainless steel,as well as its application in the equipment of drying and absorption systems.It is considered that the high chromium ferritic stainless steel offers wide application for high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid.
