摘要
复合型甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱硫溶剂对H2S具有良好的选择吸收性,且具有腐蚀轻、溶剂使用浓度高、循环量小、能耗低等特点,介绍了MDEA的再生工艺及主要操作条件和工艺特点.并通过复合型MDEA和DEA两种脱硫溶剂再生设备的比较,认为选用复合型MDEA作为脱硫溶剂有显著的性能优势,其再生能耗低,冷换部分设备规格小,投资少。
The compound type desulfurization solvent methyl diethanolamine(MDEA) offers excellent selective absorptivity for H2S,and features slight corrosivity,high solvent utilization concentration,small circulating quantity,small energy consumption,etc.The regeneration process and main operating conditions and process features for MDEA is described.Through the comparison of regeneration equipment for two types of desulfurization solvents,the compound type MDEA and DEA,it is concluded that the selection of compound type MDEA as the desulfurization solvent offers its significant advantages in performance,whose regeneration energy is low,and the size of heat exchanger equipment is small,and the investment is small.
