摘要
通过测量气体渗透值研究室外涂饰木材在老化过程中的性能表现。结果表明:涂层渗透性与涂料的抗老化能力无直接关系;木材涂饰以后气体渗透值比未涂饰时均有所下降,在老化过程中涂饰木材的气体渗透值随着老化时间的增加而增加。木材径切面上的漆膜比弦切面上的抗老化,径切面上的渗透变化率kt和老化时间的关系为:渗透变化率在老化初期增长趋势很快,随着老化时间的增加逐渐变缓,到老化后期甚至出现渗透变化率下降的趋势。
Coating can protect the exterior wood products from aging caused by environmental factors. This paper researches the properties of coating and wood during aging by measuring the air permeability of exterior coated wood. The results show that the anti-aging ability of coating has no clear relation to the permeability of coating. The air permeability of exterior coated wood is lower than that of the uncoated wood, and it increases with the aging time. The coating on the radial wood surface is stronger than that on the tangential surface, and the permeability uptake coefficient κt on tangential wood surface has more clear relation with aging time: the permeability uptake coefficient κt increase quickly at first aging period, then increase slowly at middle aging period. At last aging period κt even decrease.
