导步电动机运行中,由于许多原因常常会出现各种故障,应正确使用与维护电动机,及时排除故障。新安装电动机起动前应注意检查、试车。使用中应检查电动机、轴承、电刷与集电环、螺栓、通风、滤尘器等情况。发生故障应认真分析及时排除。

Owing to many reasons, the asynchronous motor often appears all kinds of troubles in operating. The motor must be used and maintained correctly, the troubles are removed in time. The motor installed newly should be checked and tested before operating. The motor bearings brushes electric rings bolts, ventilation and filter dust unit are checked before operating. If a motor appears troubles, we should analyse seriously and remove in time.
