整形外科原则和技术在面部软组织创伤急诊处理中的应用

Application of the principles and techniques of plastic surgery in emergency case facial soft tissue injuries

目的:应用整形外科原则和技术急诊修复面部软组织创伤。方法:在面部软组织创伤急诊清创术中,遵循整形外科原则,用皮肤磨削、无张力缝合、植皮、皮瓣转移等技术进行修复。结果:460例患者中,术后1～2年中随访356例患者,均无瘢痕增生和错位畸形等并发症。结论:面部软组织创伤用整形外科原则和技术修复,能避免患者术后错位畸形,减少瘢痕。

Objective To apply the principles and techniques of plastic surgery to treat emergency cases of facial soft tissue injuries. Methods The principles of plastic surgery as follows ,emergency operation were performed on facial soft tissue injuries, and dermal abrasive, planting the skin, transferring of skin flap were given at a time. Results All of these patients were followed for 1 to 2 years, no hypertrophic scar and malposition deformation. Conclusion Repairing of facial soft tissue trauma with emergency plastic surgical operation can decrease late deformity.
