鼻前庭软组织菱形切除法整复宽大鼻孔及下垂鼻翼

Repairing the broad nostril and nutant ala nasi with the excision of the part of soft tissue of nasal vestibule

目的:探讨宽大鼻孔、下垂鼻翼的整复方法。方法:采用鼻前庭软组织菱形切除法对78例有宽大鼻孔、下垂鼻翼的就医者进行整复,并同期行隆鼻术。结果:经3个月至2年的随访,其中有6例鼻孔宽大、鼻翼下垂明显的病例,半年后用相同方法再次整复,所有就医者对美容效果感到满意。结论:鼻前庭软组织菱形切除法对宽大鼻孔、下垂鼻翼的就医者鼻的整体整复确实是简单易行且微创的,值得临床推广。

Objective To disscuss the surgical procedures of repairing the broad nostril and droopy nasal ala. Methods 78 cases with the broad nostril and droopy nasal ala were treated with rhomboid excision of the part of soft tissue of nasal vestibule and with nose augmentation at the same time. Results 72 cases （92.3%） were content with the treatment,6 cases （7.7%） were satisfactory with the second stage treatment by the same method after 6months,all patients with a 3 months to 2 years follow up. Conclusion The method by rhomboid excision of the part of soft tissue of nasal vestibule is effective and micro-invasive and easily acceptable.
