固体硅胶假体隆鼻术的雕刻技巧

Carving skill of solid silica gel prosthesis in augmentation rhinoplasty

目的:根据国人鼻部解剖学的特点及每个人鼻部的差异性,探讨隆鼻术中假体的雕刻技巧,提高手术成功率。方法:对786例低鼻类就医者不同的鼻部特点采取针对性的硅胶假体雕刻方法,进行回顾性分析与评价。结果:786例中,771例满意(98.1%),其余经再次修复均达满意效果。结论:根据鼻部解剖学的特点及个人鼻部差异对鼻假体进行针对性的雕刻是隆鼻术成功的关键。

Objective To disuss the carving skill of solid silica gel prosthesis in augmentation rhinoplasty according as Chinese nose anatomical characteristic and everyone＇s difference. So that we can improve the success ratio of operation. Methods According as the nose characteristic of 786 cases with low dorsum of nose, we applied individuation carving skill of prosthesis on every case, and review the aesthetic effect. Results 771 cases （98.1%） achieved satisfactory effect. The other achieved satisfactory effect after repairing again. Conclusion According as nose anatomical characteristic and everyone＇s difference to apply individuation carving skill is the key to augmentation rhinoplasty success.
