摘要 临床上常见皮肤增生性瘢痕的挛缩影响皮肤的正常外观和功能,是皮肤整形外科后期治疗的一大难题。这种挛缩是由肌动蛋白为主要成分的微丝和细胞内游离钙离子等构成的非肌性细胞收缩系统作用的结果。在挛缩过程中,瘢痕成纤维细胞向肌成纤维细胞(myofibroblast,MFB)分化,
