甲硝唑磷酸二钠与乳酸环丙沙星注射液配伍稳定性研究

Chemical Incompatibility Between Arilin Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate and Ciprofloxacin

目的观察甲硝唑磷酸二钠与乳酸环丙沙星注射液配伍后的变化,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法用薄层层析法分析配伍后析出的沉淀物,用酸碱滴定法测定二者析出沉淀的pH条件。结果甲硝唑磷酸二钠在pH值为1.92时生成白色沉淀,乳酸环丙沙星注射液pH值为5.56时生成白色沉淀;二者混合后pH值为5.76时会析出乳酸环丙沙星沉淀。结论甲硝唑磷酸二钠与乳酸环丙沙星注射液存在配伍禁忌。

Objective To observe the changes after mixing of arilin disodium hydrogen phosphate injection and ciprofloxacin injection and to provide references for clinical application. Methods Thin layer chromatography was used to analyze the deposition after mixing of arilin disodium hydrogen phosphate injection and ciprofloxacin injection. Acid-base titration was used to determine the pH condition and educing deposition. Results Ciprofloxacin injection educed white deposition when pH value was 5.56, while arilin disodium hydrogen phosphate injection educed white deposition when pH value was 1.92. pH value was 5.76 after mixing deposition of ciprofloxacin educed. Conclusion There exists chemical incompatibility between arilin disodium hydrogen phosphate injection and ciprofloxacin injection.
