摘要
目的测定双石清热合剂中绿原酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定。结果绿原酸质量浓度的线性范围为0.0100～0.1000mg/mL,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.3%。结论方法准确、简便、易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Shuangshiqingre oral solution. Methods To establish a method using HPLC for the content determination. Results A good linearity of chlorogenic acid was obtained in the range of 0. 010 0-0. 100 0 mg/mL, the mean recovery rate was 98.8% （RSD = 1.3% ）. Conclusion This method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to operate. It cea be used for the quality control of this preparation.
