摘要
钡酚醛树脂是一种性能优异的复合材料树脂基体。利用热失重分析、差示扫描量热分析、元素分析和红外光谱,研究了钡酚醛树脂的热固化性能,讨论了树脂热固化过程质量的变化及其原因。结果表明:钡酚醛树脂的胶凝时间随温度升高而缩短,在最佳固化温度(160℃)时的胶凝时间为126 s,固化反应的表观活化能为60.5 kJ/mol;钡酚醛树脂在110,160℃固化2 h后,其失重率分别为8.8%,12.8%,质量减少的主要原因是树脂在固化过程中释放出大量的水和甲醛等小分子物质。
The thermo -curing behavior of barium- phenolic resin was investigated by employing thermal gravimetry analysis (TGA) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, elemental analysis and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The weight changing of the resin during curing process and the corresponding reasons were also discussed. The results showed that the gelation time decreased with the curing temperature increasing, and at the optimized curing temperature ( 160 ℃ ) ,gelation time was 126 s and the apparent activation energy of curing reaction was 60.5 kJ/mol. The weightlessness rate of the resin after curing 2 h at temperature of 110,160 ℃ were 8.8% and 12.8% respectively. Releace of large quantities of water and formaldehyde molecules during the curing process were the main reason for the weightlessness.
