摘要
利用苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)工业装置,研究了苯乙烯中添加少量乙苯在单一聚合釜中进行热引发连续本体聚合的反应规律。结果表明:乙苯含量及聚合反应温度的提高均使聚苯乙烯(PS)树脂的相对分子质量减小;较高的转化率有益于提高PS树脂的维卡软化温度;乙烯基羧酸酯结合到PS树脂中可以改善其加工性能,但同时却降低了PS树脂的维卡软化温度。
The regularity of styrene continuous bulk polymerization was studied with a few quantity of ethylbenzene by heat initiating polymerization in styrene -acrylonitrile copolymer industrial reactor. The results showed that the relative molecule mass of polystyrene (PS) decreased with increasing ethylbenzene content or raising reaction temperature, and higher conversion of styrene was fivourable to increase Vicat softening point (VSP) of PS. The processability of PS could be improved by incorporating vinyl carboxylic ester,but at the same time the VSP of PS decreased.
