摘要 利用Aspen Plus软件对丙烯精馏塔进行了模拟计算,选取其中的SK-SOAVE模型模拟丙烯精馏塔。模拟计算结果及对操作灵敏度的分析表明:塔顶产出量对丙烯精馏塔分离精度的影响最明显,其次是塔板效率和回流比;原设计加工量偏高,实际生产应保持16000kg/h的加工量;稳定塔顶产出操作可有效提高分离精度,并可使塔顶产出量提高近7.5%。 The process of propylene fractionating rectifying tower was simulated by adopting Aspen Plus software and selecting SK -SOAVE model as simulation tower. The results of simulation calculation and the analysis of operation sensitivity showed that the primary influence factors on separation accuracy of the tower were the top product output, and the next was the plate efficiency and reflux ratio. The design value of process capacity was high and the actual value of it should be 16 000 kg/h. Separation accuracy was increased effectively by stabilizing the top output operation, and the top product output was increased about 7.5% too.
