摘要
通过改进甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解制异丁烯(IB)装置甲醇脱水塔控制方案和优化催化剂活化温度、活化时间、通风量以及反应温度等操作条件,使该装置由原设计的“一反六塔”流程改进为“一反三塔”流程,甲醇收率由30.08%提高到33.47%,异丁烯收率由54.01%提高到58.14%,装置能耗由8648.76 MJ/t降低至5 863.15 MJ/t。
The control program of methanol dewatering tower was improved, and the catalyst activating conditions such as temperature, time and air quantity as well as reactive temperature were optimized. Based on above works, the process flow of isobutene production by methyl tert - butyl ether cracking was changed from one- reactor- sixtower to one - reactor - three - tower system. The resuits showed that the methanol yield increased from 30.08% to 33.47% , the isobutene yield increased from 54.01% to 58.14% ,and the engery consumption of the device reduced from 8 648.76 M J/t to 5 863.15 MJ/t.
