在Balestrion·F.,Jirillo·R. 等人的研究及卫生部部颁标准在基础上,对盐酸氟桂利嗪的有关物质的测定方法进行了研究,由薄层色谱法改为高效液相色谱法,操作简单易行,分辨率高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。

On the basis of research works of Balestrien · F.,Jirillo · R. et al. and the norm issued by the Ministry of Public Health,study on the determination methods for Flunarixinihydrochloidum and related materials has been carried out by the authors. Instead of using the original thin-layer chrornatography,high efficacy liquid chromatography be chosen. Its manipulation is simple; resolution abity is high;reproducibility is good;and the result got is correct and reliable.
