摘要 目的探讨灵芝三萜对人淋巴细胞活化时CD69和HLA-DR表达的影响。方法淋巴细胞与不同浓度的灵芝三萜分别培养6h和72h后,用流式细胞术测定四色荧光标记抗体,分析T淋巴细胞的活化。结果灵芝三萜对T淋巴细胞的CD69表达有促进作用,以10μg/mL的浓度对CD3CD4亚群上CD69的表达最明显(P<0.05);10μg/mL和20μg/mL两个浓度促进T细胞表达HLA-DR(P<0.05),对CD3CD4亚群上HLA-DR表达促进更显著(P<0.01);同时灵芝三萜对T淋巴细胞亚群的比例无显著影响。结论适当浓度的灵芝三萜能促进人T淋巴细胞的活化,主要是促进CD3CD4亚群的活化,对HLA-DR表达的作用超过对CD69的作用,而对细胞亚群的比例无影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of Ganoderma Triterpene (GT) on the expression of CD69 and HLA - DR on human T lymphocyte. Methods The activation of human T lymphocytes was detected and analyzed by flow cytometry after co - culturing with different concentrations of GT for 6 hours or for 72 hours. Results GT stimulated the expression of CD69 on T lymphocytes, the effect being significant at GT concentration of 10 μg/mL ( P 〈 0. 05). GT concentrations of 10 μg/mL and 20 μg/mL promoted the expression of HLA - DR ( P 〈 0. 05), especially HLA - DR in the subtype of CD3CD4 ( P 〈 0.01). GT had no obvious effect on the ratio of CD3CD4/CD3CDS. Conclusion GT at proper concentrations promotes the activation of human T lymphocytes, in particular CD3CD4 subtypes. The effect of GT on HLA - DR is superior to CD69, but GT has no influences on the ratio of T lymphocyte subtypes.
