摘要
目的建立阳春砂仁中槲皮苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Nucleodur C18 Gravity色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-冰醋酸(18∶82∶2);检测波长为254nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果槲皮苷在0.029～0.464μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.27%,RSD为1.00%。结论方法简便、结果准确,可作为阳春砂仁的质量控制指标之一。
Objective To determinate the content of quercitrin in Fructus Amomi by HPLC. Methods HPLC with Nucleodur C18 Gravity column was used, the acetonitrile- 0.01 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphateacetic acid glacial （ 18 ： 82 ： 2） as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results The linear range of quercitrin was from 0.029 to 0.464 μg（r=0.999 9）, The average recovery of quercitrin was 99.27 % with a RSD of 1.00 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and can be used as a quality control method for Amomum villosum Lour.
