摘要
目的研究葛根宝软胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中葛根素和大豆苷元进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定葛根素和大豆苷元的含量。结果葛根素、大豆苷元的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强;葛根素在0.214～1.42μg范围内、大豆苷元在0.033～0.221μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为101.5%和96.6%,RSD分别为1.6%和1.8%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可做为葛根宝软胶囊的质量控制标准。
Objective To study the quality standard of Gegenbao Soft Capsule. Methods The qualitative identification of puerarin and daidzein was carried out by TLC, and the contents of puerarin and daidzein were determined by HPLC. Results Puerarin and daidzein could be identified by TLC with high specificity. The linearity was from 0. 214 to 1.42 μg for puerarin and from 0. 033 to 0. 221 μg for daidzein by HPLC , and the average recovery was 101.5 % for puerarin and 96.6 % for daidzein with RSD 1.6 % and 1.8 % respectively （ n = 6） . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable for the quality control of Gegenbao Soft Capsule.
