摘要 设计并制造了一台以采用软磁复合材料的爪极式永磁电机,结构复杂,通过三维有限元分析,对该电机的磁通、磁链、电感、转矩和铁耗等参数的计算提出了解决方法,通过与样机实验结果相比较,证明了所用方法的正确性,得到的结论对软磁复合材料的应用及爪极式电机的设计与分析都具有一定参考价值。 The design of a three stack claw- pole permanent motor with an soft magnetic composite (SMC) core was presented in this paper, Three - dimensional (3D) finite element analysis (FEA) of magnetic fields was used for dimension optimization, parameters and performance calculation. Considering the importance of core loss for the design of high speed motors ,rotational core loss model was employed in this paper, The prototype and test results were discussed finally, The method and result presented in this paper were useful to the application of SMC materials.
