摘要
介绍了基于ANSYS二次开发语言UIDL与APDL相结合开发界面化电机磁场分析程序的过程。程序实现界面化后使用方便,整个分析过程用户不用修改源代码,仅需按照电机结构输入物理参数和分析需要的控制参数。该程序适用于大多数常规结构的凸极同步电机,因此对于并未掌握ANSYS的电机分析者,通过该程序即可实现电机磁场的空载、负载以及谐波计算分析。通过对多台不同结构的凸极同步电机进行计算比较,证明了该程序结构合理,计算速度高,结果准确,通用性强。
The process for developing the interfaced electromagnetic field analysis program, which based on UIDL and APDL offered by ANSYS together, was introduced in this paper. Interfaced program was convenient. The whole compute procedure needn't modify the source code, and only need input the physical parameters and control parameters which according to the computation. This program could be applied to the most of salient pole machines, therefore, the complex analysis could be realized, though the user was not good at ANSYS. The rationality of structure, speed of computing, veracity of results and universalness had been proven by applied the program to computing several salient pole machines.
