摘要
目的观察毛果芸香碱脂质体及滴眼剂对年轻者和年老者的缩瞳反应,明确年轻者与年老者对毛果芸香碱缩瞳反应的异同点。方法利用sonyF717红外线数码相机记录黑暗环境下滴用1%毛果芸香碱脂质体和1%毛果芸香碱滴眼液前后年轻者和年老者瞳孔的动态变化,再传送至电脑,应用imagetool软件来测量,Sigamastat软件统计分析。结果黑暗环境下,年轻者瞳孔平均直径6.8±0.643mm,年老者平均4.4±0.447mm。T检验t=16.1,P<0.0001。1%毛果芸香碱脂质体滴眼后最强缩瞳效果时年轻者瞳孔直径平均为3.6±0.828mm,年老者平均为2.31±0.340mm;T检验t=6.86,P<0.0001。1%毛果芸香碱滴眼液滴眼后最强缩瞳效果时年轻者瞳孔直径平均为4.03±0.816mm,年老者平均为2.35±0.264mm;T检验t=4.95,P=0.0005;年轻者1%毛果芸香碱脂质体缩瞳幅度平均为3.43±0.604mm,年老者1%毛果芸香碱脂质体缩瞳幅度平均为2.28±0.307mm;T检验t=8.07,P<0.0001;年轻者1%毛果芸香碱滴眼液缩瞳幅度平均为3.08±0.556mm,年老者1%毛果芸香碱滴眼液缩瞳幅度平均为2.15±0.194mm;T检验t=3.89,P=0.0025;年轻者与年老者对于毛果芸香碱缩瞳起效时间及持续时间、达最大缩瞳强度时间和缩瞳速率在统计学上无显著差别。结论年轻者瞳孔大于年老者,但年轻者、年老者对毛果芸香碱的缩瞳反应在统计学上无差别。
Objective Observe the pupil constrict response to the pilocarpin,identify the difference of the response between the young and the old. Methods Use the infrared digital camera of sonyF717 to record the dynamic variety of the pupil constrict response to the 1% pilocarpine liposome and the pilocarpine liquid in dark environment. Then deliver the data to the computer, measure the data by imagetool software, analysis the data by the Sigamastat software. T test t = 8.07,P 〈 0. 0001 ;The pupil constricting range to 1% pilocarpine liquid is equally 3.08 ± 0. 556mm in the young, equally 2.15 ± 0. 194 in the old. T test t = 3.89,P = 0. 0025 ;In statistics there is no deference between the young and the old in pupil initial constricting time, keep constricting time, max constricting time and constricting velocity. Conclusions Young' s pupil diameter is bigger than senior' s, but in statistics ,there is no deference in pupil constricting effect to pilocarpine between the young and the old.
