信息管理、知识管理与竞争情报新论

In this paper, the relationship between information management, knowledge management and competitive intelligence is discussed. Knowledge management can improve the innovation capability and adaptability of enterprises by encouraging the free flow of ideas. Competitive intelligence is a system that can not only manage information but also create knowledge further intelligentize information. Information management and knowledge management is able to be integrated effeetively into a whole thing that becomes a very powerful supportive system and consultation system for enterprise operation strategy and eompetition deeision.
