摘要
本文结合顾客满意度理论,在分析影响用户满意度因素的基础上,提出了基于用户满意度的图书馆整体电子资源使用评价模型。并探讨了评价指标体系的确定,用户调查表的设计及调查数据的分析方法,最后分析电子资源使用评价模型的研究意义。
In combination to the customer satisfaction index theory, this paper puts forward the appraisal model for overall electronic resources service of libraries based on customer satisfaction index and discusses definition of evaluation system, as well as the study methods of questionnaire design and data collection according to analyzing the factors that affecting the customers satisfaction index. In the end, the meaning of appraisal model for electronic resources is discussed.
