论述了科技查新工作的重要性和开发应用科技查新信息管理系统的必要性,探讨了查新工作的发展思路,叙述了采用ASP+SQL技术开发基于WEB的科技查新平台,实现了查新业务的网上申请、查新流程控制、查新相关文件和查新报告的网络传递等功能。
this paper discusses the importance of high - tech novelty retrieval as well as the necessity of applying high - tech novelty retrieval management system. It discusses the development of novelty retrieval and introduces how to apply the technologies of ASP and SQL to develop a retrieval platform so as to realize online retrieval demand, retrieval workfow control and transmission of corresponding document and report.
