摘要
根据海口市水资源条件和供用水规模、结构及效率,综合考虑了节水、污水处理及回用、产业结构调整以及新建、扩建水利工程等措施,建立了多水源、多用户、多工程和多水平年的水资源配置模型,编制了界面友好的计算软件,并通过长系列调算和对比分析,给出了不同时空尺度的水资源配置方案和配置工程规模,为海口市近远期的工程布局和分步实施提供了科学依据。
Based on water resources conditions and the water supply scales, structures and efficiencies, also synthetically considering water saving, waste water processing and reuse, industrial structure adjustment, new or extending water conservancy projects etc, this paper establishes a optimal allocation model for water resources with multi-wellhead, multi-user, multi-project and multi-design year, and writes a software with a user friendly interface. The model can provide water resources allocation scheme and project scale for different time-space scales based on long series calculation and comparison analyses, all of these offered scientific foundation for the short and long term engineering planning and step by step implementation for Haikou city.
