摘要
回顾国际上电力系统控制中心的演化历程,指出现代控制中心是具备分布性、集成性、灵活性和开放性等四大特性的分布式控制中心。随着ICT的发展,基于网格服务的控制中心是未来的发展方向。
In the paper,we review the evolution course of international power system control center. Then we point out the modern control centers have four characteristics： distribution, integration, flexibility and openness. With the development of ICT,the future trend of control center is moving towards grid service.
