Through the design of the electric mixing device for cement blender, the control patterns of the blender are discussed. This paper introduces the whole process of designing a project using PLC. This approach gives a model for the automation renovation of the old instruments, realizing the three-material mixing in the cement blender. And the result can be used in engineering.
