摘要
从理论上定性地分析了碳源石墨的晶体结构、热电学性质、机械性质和化学性质等对金刚石合成的影响。认为石墨化度较高、气孔率较低、晶体尺寸较大、导热导电性较好、有害杂质少、并人为地掺入一些有益的元素。有利于金刚石的强度和粗晶粒比的提高。
