摘要 苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylanlanine ammonialyase,PAL,E.C.4.3.1.5)作为植物次生代谢特别是苯丙烷途径的关键酶,与植物抵抗病原菌入侵有密切关系,具有重要的植物生理意义。本文综述了植物PAL的存在与分布、分子结构、酶学性质和作用机制,应用酶学和分子生物学知识阐述了其表达调控机理,并在基因水平上对PAL的分子生物学研究进行了展望,旨在为今后PAL在植物抗病应用上提供基础数据。 As a critical enzyme in secondary metabolism of plants, especially in the first reaction of the biosynthesis of L- phenylalanine, Phenylanlanine ammonialyase (PAL,E.C.5.3.1.5) has significant biological meaning and strong ability against bacteria. The distribution, molecular structure, enzymatic characters and mechanism of PAL in plants were reviewed. Meanwhile, the regulation mechanisms of PAL was introduced using enzymology and molecular biology. The development of the researches on molecular biology of PAL at the gene level was prospected to provide basic data for the application of PAL in fruit tress disease resistant.
