摘要
本文对典型的4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺/3,3’-二烯丙基双酚A(BMI/DP)共聚树脂进行改性。结果表明,使用热引发剂能有效地降低树脂固化反应温度,但所得固化物脆性变大;共混热塑性树脂的增韧效果优于软相橡胶增韧;加入少量的环氧树脂或低粘度活性单体改性剂有利于纤维预浸料工艺性的改善。
4, 4'-Bismaleimidediphenylmethane (BMI) /o, o'-diallyl bisphenol A (DP) copolymer resin was modified with different materials. The thermal initiator could effectively lower the cure temerature of the resin, but the cured resin showed increased brittleness. The toughening effect of blended thermoplastic resins on the resin was greater than soft-phase rubber. A small amount of epoxy resin or low-viscosity reactive monomer modifier could improve the processability of the resin prepregs.
