The paper introduced the construct and physiological functions of integrin, and overview of Integrinαv、β3 also investigated the relationship between integrin αv、β3 and polysystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. The studies indicated that it could affect reception of endometrium, nidation of cytula further, cause infertility in patients with PCOS at last. Existence of integrinαv、β3 was the marker that endometrium had a good reception for embryo.
