摘要 介绍了聚甲醛(POM)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等几种常用结晶性塑料在注射成型条件下的微观结构,它可以描述为表—芯结构,其特点是:非均质和各向异性;表层高度取向而芯层具有较大的球晶。说明了这种结构形成的机理,并扼要讨论了注射成型条件模具温度、熔体温度和注射压力对微观结构的影响以及微观结构和性能之间的关系。 The microstructures of some injection-molded crystalline plastics such as POM,PP, PE and PBT were investigated. It could be considered as a skin-core structure with inhomogeneity and anisotropism, the skin layer was highly oriented, whereas the core was composed of larger spherulites. The principles grverning the formation of such microstructure were given.The effect of processing. variables including mold and melt temporature and injection preessure on microstructures and the relatins between microstructure and macroscopic properties were brefly discussed.
