Determination of Radix Astragali and Kudzuvine Root in Yuyexiaoke Powder with TLC

目的:建立玉液消渴冲剂质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对玉液消渴冲剂中的黄芪、葛根进行定性鉴别。结果:方法稳定,能排除其它成分的干扰,检出率高。结论:本法操作简单,重现性好,可用于玉液消渴冲剂质量控制。

Objective： To establish quality standard for Yuyexiaoke powder. Method： Radix astragali and Kudzuvine root in Yuyexiaoke powder were determined in nature by TLC method. Result： The method was stable, could remove interference of other components with high detection rate. Conclusion： The method has a simple manufacture, good reproducibility, can be used to control the quality of these drugs.
