Recent Status on the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with TCM

目的:总结目前中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎的方法和价值。方法:收集了进年的医疗文献20余篇进行归纳,总结。结果:中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎的方法有多种,内服药主要包括专方治疗及辨证分型论治,外治法则有中药灌肠、直肠滴注、盆腔置管灌注、针灸治疗、穴位封闭等方法,临床应用均有较好疗效。结论:中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎有是切实的疗效,综合治疗效果更佳。

Objective： To summarized the method and value for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with TCM. Method： recent medical literatures were collected and analyzed. Result： There were many methods to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory with TCM, the oral medicine included special formula therapy and syndrome differentiation, the external treatment included enema with TCM, rectum instillation, acupuncture therapy, acupoint block, and so on. All methods had a good effect in clinic. Conclusion： It is effective that TCM treated chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, especially combined therapy.
