我国玻璃纤工业“八五”回顾与“九五”展望(上)

Review of glass fiber industry inChina in past five years and pre-spects for the next five years

“八五”期间,我国的玻璃纤维工业得到了飞速的发展,年产量达到16万多吨,将近增加一倍,玻纤产品逐步多样化,生产工艺技术也有了较大的提高,推出了组合炉拉丝法等适合中国国情的新工艺。“八五”攻关项目“玻璃纤维生产技术”取得了丰硕的成果,玻纤浸润剂品种质量均有改观,企业规模逐步扩大,还引进了一批国外先进的工艺技术与装备,使全行业的总体技术水平有了很大提高。同时,我国的玻纤工业水平与世界先进水平仍然存在非常明显的差距。通过对玻纤主要品种和应用领域现状与发展趋势的分析,认为在“九五”期间我国的玻纤工业将会有更大的发展,产量将达到26万吨以上。我国玻纤行业在“九五”期间的主要任务是建设一批具有较大生产规模较高技术水平的池窑拉丝生产线,提高产品质量,加大新产品开发的力度,逐步赶上世界玻纤工业发展的潮流。

In past five years, fiber glass industry in China has been developed at high speed. The annual output has reached 160,000 tones,more and more varieties of glass fiber products have been put into use in more applications, manufacturing techniques have been improved to a new level.In next five years, fiber glass industry in China will be more developed, its output will be 260,000 tones/year,a few direct-melt process production lines with larger scale and higher technique level will be built. Product quality will be improved,to keep pace with the development of world's fiber glass industry.
