对西安事变后“二二事件”影响的再认识

Reflections on the February 2nd Incident

“二二事件”的影响具有多重性。它削弱了“三位一体”的力量,特别是东北军的力量。从这个角度看,该事件是一个应该否定的事件。但是,从抗战的大局出发,它却在客观上加速了西安事变善后和平解决的进程。不过这种解决是在削弱抗战力量的情况下实现的,故对该事件所起的作用不应估计过高。

The February 2nd Incident had multiple influences： it weakened the power of ＂Three Sides＂, especially the northeast army. Viewed from this point, the incident was negative. But viewed from angle of the Anti - Japanese War, it accelerated the peaceful settlement of Xi＇an Incident objectively. Yet the settlement was achieved at the sacrifice of the power of Anti - Japanese war,so we should not have a very high opinion of it.
