横掠圆管的二维流场有限差分分析 被引量:2

摘要 在合理划分二维流场离散网格的基础上,采用了有限差分方法求解流动微分方程,借助计算机编程获取目标流场中各结点的最终离散值,并生成流场的流动速度矢量示意图。针对横掠圆管流场的有限差分分析,对换热器的性能改进以及现场优化运行有一定的参考价值。同时,这种利用计算机进行数值离散求解流场的手段,相比搭建实验台进行实验模拟流场而言,具有经济性好、模拟速度快等优点。 The Liquid flow is a common phenomenon encountered in the main or auxiliary equipments of power plants, so flow field analysis is beneficial to obtaining the operating performance of the devices. In this paper, the flow across a tube bundle was theoretically analyzed by finite difference method. The flow field was simplified as a two-dimensional flow field in the numerical calculations and the velocity vector diagrams was given. The calculation results showed that the analysis method was available and helpful for the improvement and practical operation of heat exchanger.
