摘要
目的 建立脑康泰胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法. 方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),色谱柱为Lichrospher C18 (4.6×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25 v/v),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1 mL·min^-1. 结果 该方法的线性范围为5.05~50.5 mg·L^-1,r=0.9997,平均回收率为102.05%,RSD=1.77%. 结论 本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于制剂中该成分的含量测定.
Objective To develop a simple, sensitive and rapid method for the determination of Tanshinone IIA in Naokangtai Capsules. Methods Tanshinone IIA was determined by RP - HPLC method , the analysis involved a 250 mm × 4.6mm column packed with C18(5 um),the mobile phase consisted of methanol- water(75 : 25). Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 5.05 - 50.5 mg · L^-1 ( r = 0. 9999), the recovery was 101.34%, RSD = 1.77%. Conclusion The result demonstrated that the method was sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used to control the quality of Naokangtai Capsules.
