摘要
运用HPLC方法对7个柚品种果皮中柚皮苷含量进行测定,并结合统计分析的方法对各品种进行比较,结果表明:各品种果皮柚皮苷含量由高到低依次为:晚白柚、安江香柚、梁平柚、锅魁柚、蓬溪柚、长寿沙田柚、垫江白柚。晚白柚与安江香柚、梁平与锅魁柚差异显著,其余品种间差异极显著。
HPLC method is used to determine the naringin content in the pericarp of 7 kinds of pummelos. The result indicates that the naringin content of different species can be listed from high to low in turn: wanbai,anjiangxiang, liangping, guokui, pengxi, changshoushatian, dianjiangbai. Wanbai and anjiangxiang, liangping and guokui exit remarkable differences, the others exit extremely remarkable differences.
