如果我们把建国以来单位体制在全国城市社会范围内的普遍确立,视为是中国有史以来规模最为巨大的"空间重组"。就会发现在普遍、同一的"单位模式"的背后,实际上潜藏着不同单位类型的存在。因东北地域在1948年率先解放,加之"一五"期间重工业基地建设特殊的历史契机,遂使以东北老工业基地为代表的"超大型"工业社区形成了极具特色的"典型单位制",为单位制建立及在全国范围内的推进提供了"典型示范",对东北自身的经济社会发展亦产生了极为深刻的影响。

Considering the wide scale establishment of Danwei system in the overall china city since the founding of our People＇s Republic as the most enormous scale ＂space reconstructure＂ in the history, we will find the existence of various latent ＂Danwei types＂ behind the general and identical ＂ Danwei mode＂. For the northeast area firstly liberated in 1948, in addition to the special historic opportunity of the construction of heavy industry base in the ＂Five-year Plan＂ period, the ＂mega＂ industrial community represented by the old industrial bases in northeast China then became a unique ＂typical Danwei system＂. It helped the establishment of construction of Danwei system within the country and the promotion with this ＂typical example＂, which had profound impact on the economic and social development of itself.
