完善钻井监督管理 促进施工质量提高

Promoting the Enhancement of Construction Quality by Perfecting the Supervision Management of Drilling Well

从组织机构、管理制度、监督设备等方面阐述了大庆油田采油五厂在钻井质量监督体系建设方面取得的进展,摸索出了"确保一个全面,突出三个严格,搞好三个协调,做到四个及时"的钻井监督方法,并积极提倡针对提高现场施工质量,开展科研攻关。通过总结围绕钻井质量监督而开展的工作,真实地评价了钻井质量监督取得的效果。

The progress that No 5 Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield has made in constructing the supervision system of drilling quality is expounded from the aspects such as organizations and agencies, management system, and supervision devices. The methods of drilling supervision are found out, which include ＂ensuring comprehensiveness, highlighting strictness, doing coordination well and achieving promptness＂. Meanwhile, it is advocated that scientific research should be carried out in view of improving the construction quality at worksites. At last, the effects of drilling quality supervision are evaluated really by means of the summary of the work around the drilling quality supervision.
