级间压降对压气站压缩系统运行的影响

摘要 对河口压气站压缩系统的一级排气至二级进气的工艺管网和设备进行分段压降分析,从中找出压缩系统压降存在问题的关键。并由此提出合理的整改意见,以实现降低级间压降,提高压缩机的进气量,保证该轻烃装置的平稳运行。 The craft pipeline net and devices from first-order air evacuation to second-order air admission in the compressor system at Hekou compressor station are analyzed from the aspect of pressure fall at different stages, thus finding out the key to the problem of pressure fall in compressor system, According to this, reasonable reform suggestions are put forward so as to lower inter-stage pressure fall, raise the air admission amount of compressor and ensure the stable running of light hydrocarbon devices.
