摘要
[目的]了解医学院校学生对青少年妊娠危害的认识程度,从而探讨对医学院校学生进行生殖健康教育的有效措施。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法对郑州市3所医学院校不同专业的17~19岁1~2年级学生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行整理分析。[结果]不知道过早妊娠可能引发妊娠并发症的,2年级男女生两率比较(χ2=4.22,P﹤0.05);没考虑婚前妊娠后对方逃避责任怎么办的,1、2年级男女生两率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2分别为19.82,22.6,P值均﹤0.001);对青少年妊娠持"无所谓"态度的,1、2年级男女生两率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为27.45,24.7,P值均﹤0.001);婚前妊娠你如何解决?选择"流产"的,1、2年级男、女生比率均大于90.0%。[结论]医学院校学生对婚前性行为的后果,以及婚前妊娠对青少年的危害仍然缺乏足够的认识。应针对性的对医学生进行有效的生殖健康教育,应该引起高度认识。
[Objective] To understand the cognitive degree of the danger of teenagers gravidity of the medical students, discuss the effective measures for reproductive health education on medical students. [Methods] Random cluster sampling were applied to sellect students aged between 17 and 19 of grade 1 and 2 from 3 medical colleges for ivestigation, and the investigalion results were analysed. [ Results] The rates in two groups of sophomore (man and woman) who didn't know early gravidity might increase the chances for gravidity complications were significantly different (X^2= 4.22, P 〈 0.05). The rates in two groups of the freshmen (man and woman) and sophomore (man and woman) who didn't think about the other paltry shirk responsibility after gravidity before marriage were significantlydifferent (X^2 = 19.82, P 〈 0.01 ;X^2 = 22.6, P 〈 0.001). The rates in two groups of the freshman (man and woman) and sophomore (man and woman) who adoped an indifferent attitude to teenagers gravidity were significantly different (X^2= 27.45, P 〈 0.001 ; X^2 = 24.7, P 〈 0.001 ). Among the freshmen and sophomore (man and woman) who chose abortion for gravidity before marriage was greater than 90.0%. [Conclusion] The medical students are still lack of enough knowledge about sexual behaviour consequence before marriage and the gravidity damage to teenagers before marriage. According to the characteristics of medical colleges, it is very important to carry out effective reproductive health education on medical students.
