老年内科门诊患者使用阿司匹林情况的调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE USE OF ASPIRIN IN GERIATRIC OUTPATIENTS

[目的]对老年内科门诊患者使用阿司匹林的现状进行调查,探讨引起其临床应用不恰当的一些主要原因。[方法]在老年内科门诊随机抽取300例正在服用阿司匹林的患者,调查其阿司匹林的使用剂量,分析用量不足的各种原因。[结果]在300例患者中,57.0%患者剂量不恰当;其中,202例未曾住院的门诊随访的患者中,71.78%剂量过低;而98例出院后门诊随访的患者中,26.53%患者剂量过低。阿司匹林使用剂量不恰当的主要原因为:患者担心不良反应;非心内专科医生指导错误;门诊医生随访中忽略询问使用情况。[结论]尽管阿司匹林已广泛应用于心血管疾病的一级预防和二级预防,但却普遍存在使用剂量过低的情况。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical utilization status of aspirin in geriatric outpatients, and to diseusse the main masons for its inappropriate use. [Methods] A total of 300 patients who were taking aspiring were randomly selected from geriatrics outpatient to inquire their doses of aspirin and analyze the varied causes of underdose. [ Results ] Among the 300 pa- tients studied, 57.0% had a wrong dose of aspirin. Of 202 geriatric outpatients never hospitalized, 71.78% took underdose of aspirin, and only 26.53% of outpatients discharged from the hospitals took underdose of aspirin. The main causes of underdose were the patients＇ afraid of the adverse reaction of bleeding, wrong instructions from non-cardiac doctors, and doctors＇ negligence of inquiring pateints to use aspirin during their visits. [Conclusion] Aspirin is widely used in primary and secondary prevention for cardiovascular diseases, but underdose of aspirin is still common in practice.
