基层医务人员生物安全防护的现状分析

ANALYSIS OF THE STATUS OF THE BIOSAFE PROTECTION KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL STAFFS IN PRIMARY HOSPITALS

[目的]了解基层医务人员对生物安全防护知识掌握情况。[方法]采用生物安全防护知识调查表,对来自省内5个地区县、乡级别医院的基层外科医疗、护理、检验人员进行了现况调查。[结果]基层医务人员对医院感染概念、消毒与灭菌技术、职业暴露的处理、临床废物的正确处理等认知率较高（85.3%-94.9%）。但对医务人员感染的危险因素、生物安全防护的概念、检验科和手术室属几级生物安全防护、标准预防概念、哪些操作可产生气溶胶、哪些操作应在生物安全柜中进行等清楚率较低（6.6%-48.3%）。[结论]基层医务人员对生物安全防护认识有待加强,应加大基层医务人员培训力度,增强生物安全意识、强化职业防护能力、提高安全管理水平。

[Objective] To study the status of the biosafe protection knowledge of medical staffs in primary hospitals. [Methods] In some primary hospitals, 259 medical staffs, who were engaged in surgical treatment, nursing and clinic identification were investigated by questionnaires in five regions in our province. [ Results] The awareness rate of the concept of hospital infection, the technology of disinfection and sterilization, processing of occupation exposition, correct disposal of operation waste were high （85.3%-94.9%）, but that of the concrete protection knowledge such as infected risk factors, the biosafe protection and its graduation, the concept of standard precaution, which operation can create gas dispersoid, and the use of biosafe cabinet were low （6.6%-48.3%）. [Conclusion] The medical staffs in primary hospitals should enhance their knowledge about biosafe protection through education. We should take the responsibility and set up the offensive prevention idea reliably for the clinical raise in the qualified protection capability.
