己糖激酶法测定葡萄糖参数的正确设置

RIGHT SET OF PARAMETERS IN DETECTION OF GLUCOSE-HK

[目的]探讨在OLYMPUS AU400全自动生化分析仪上己糖激酶法测定血糖实验参数的设置。[方法]分别采用一点终点法和两点终点法检测正常标本、溶血或黄疸标本、脂血标本各20例。[结果]一点终点法和两点终点法检测正常标本结果差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),溶血或黄疸标本结果前者较后者低(P﹤0.01)、脂血标本结果前者较后者高(P﹤0.01)。[结论]两点终点法为己糖激酶法测定血糖的正确参数设置。

[Objective] To discuss the set of parameters in detection of glucose-HK on OLYMPUS AU400 automatic biochemical analyzer. [ Methods] One point assay and two point assay were used to detect 20 respective samples of normal, hemolysis and ieterus, lipaemia. [Results] The results of normal sample in two methods weren＇t significantly different （P 〉 0.05）. The result of hemolysis and icterus samples gained by one point assay was lower than that by two point assay （P 〈 0.01 ）. The result of lipaemia sample gained by one point assay was higher than that by two point assay （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Two point assay is the right set of parameters in detection of glucose-HK.
